Edward was a great host. Timely responses. The apartment was as described and very clean on arrival. The apartment is in a very good location - a large supermarket around the corner, restaurants, and many car rentals. Edward had many great recommendations for us. A very lovely stay foe the value.

I had a great stay! The apartment was excellent, very well located and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable long stay. I would definitely come back. I didn’t get a chance to see the pool, but I also didn’t ask about it, so that’s on me. Overall, a great experience!

I'm an easygoing and easily pleased person, I stayed here with my girlfriend. Check in was smooth, we were able to check in early luckily. The hosts were proactive and responsive in their messages. The space was a good size for 2 people. I think it could fit 4 (I'm pretty sure, but may be squeezy. Definitely doable, but depends on how much everyone likes each other. Shower worked, a little confusing, not great pressure, but did the job. Pool and outdoor area was very nice. Rules regarding toilet paper and sand in the shower / apartment, but reasonable due to PR infrastructure. Location was great, right next to condado beach, good restuarants near, easy scooter ride / uber to old SJ, really really good coffee in the building, and oriental food and arts next door for snacks / drinks. Getting in and out was easy with the butterfly door access and padlocks. Felt 100% safe, touristy area. Overall, not luxury luxury, but a great deal and great place to stay. Would recommend!

Honestly, I was really impressed with this Airbnb. It’s perfectly located right in the middle of everything, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and plenty to do. The space was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It was also nice to have a pool in the complex, even though it wasn’t anything elaborate. The area felt safe and easy to walk around. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was great! From beginning to end everything was a expected. The studio space was as detailed including the safety aspect at the gate and main door. Communication including tips and recommendations were greatly appreciated. Would stay there again.

Kevin’s place was just as described and in a great area. Very responsive with any questions asked and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Kevin’s place is definitely on my short list of one bedrooms in PR to stay, I will definitely look to book with him again for future stays in PR.

I was looking for a place that was outside of the touristy spots. Edwards place was part of the neighborhood and close enough walk to the beach and other parts of town. It was exactly experience I was looking for.

We had such a great time in Puerto Rico and this was the perfect place to stay to get a real San Juan experience. The place was clean and neat. Easy access instructions and super helpful hosts. Very quick to respond. Great location from many amazing restaurants and fun beaches! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic! The house was spotless, the instructions were clear, and the location was incredible. The amenities were top-notch, and they even left us sunscreen and beach towels, which was incredibly thoughtful. I was traveling solo for the first part of my stay, and I felt safe in the area and in the unit. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were great restaurants nearby.
