Just like described! Only thing to note is that the bathroom is inside the bedroom. I stayed with a friend her and partner and was a little weird going into the room to use the bathroom but other then that not bad for the 1 night we stayed. 😁

I stayed here during my first solo trip. I felt safe and the place was spotless. It was easy to get in/out. Edward’s place is central to shopping and dining-many places a short walk away! I definitely recommend and I look forward to returning!

From the beginning to the end the host was always available..Communication was excellent!!The apartment was very comfortable...And the price was great for the amount of time I stayed..I highly recommend staying at this location if ever visiting Isla Verde..Plenty of restaurants nearby and getting around was easy!!

El alojamiento es perfecto y se ajusta al precio!! Kevin estuvo bien atento y las instrucciones son claras. Excelente ubicación, limpio y ordenado. Hasta disfrutamos un ratito de la pisina. Definitivamente se puede recomendar!!

This is a great place to stay. It is close to the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. The building is pretty quiet. The room has fans which I found provided enough cooling, but there is also an AC for those that like the room to be cold. The hot water isn't consistent, but this is part of island life and I found it refreshing. It was never freezing. The area is walkable and near other places you may want to see during your stay. Kevin was responsive and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights with Edward. The place was convenient located to all the main hubs. Easy to get Ubers and only a 10 minute drive to old town. Edward was great during the entire stay. Always responded fast and gave us a lot of tips for what to do in the area. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony every evening while watching San Juan. Quiet neighbourhood and there was also a pool on the first floor. Highly recommend this place 😄

Exclente lugar y ubicación. Encantada por la seguridad del lugar con estacionamiento privado y muy seguro en todos sus aspectos. Excelente estrategia del anfitrion en enviar imágenes con todos los detalles e instrucciones. Definitivamente volveria en una próxima ocasión. Recomendria que pudiera ser considerado extender al menos una hora adicional el check out para poder disfrutar un poco mas de las facilidades y la playa.

Ed was an exceptional host, went over and beyond. He was in communication 100% of the time with any questions I had and very helpful. Read! The clear directions he supplies lol (I failed to do so) however Ed was still helpful. It was nice to be greeted with 2 cold waters in the fridge (I graciously replaced the 2, thank you) I would stay again. This trip I stayed with my child, there were beach toys, plenty of towels, sunscreen and beach chairs. In additional there was soap and shampoo supplied. The view was spectacular. I look forward to staying here again! Gracias ED
