Your help in keeping them clean is much appreciated! 🧼 ❄️ **Energy Conservation:** To help keep our costs low, please keep the doors closed when using the A/C. Also, kindly turn off the lights, A/C, and close the windows before leaving. It helps us maintain a sustainable and comfortable environment for everyone! 🌍💡 🚭 **No Smoking:** Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. If we find evidence of smoking (including odor), a $300 smoke remediation fee will apply. This includes lit or electronic cigars, cigarettes, pipes, vaporizers, joints, or any tobacco or marijuana products.
