Excessive sand in the apartment may result in an additional cleaning fee. 3. 🔑 Keys: Lost keys carry a $100 replacement fee. Please make sure to return them to the lockbox when checking out. 4. 👥 Guests: The reservation includes up to 2 people. Extra guests (max. 4 total) must be approved in advance at $10 per person per night. Unauthorized guests will result in cancellation without refund. 5. ❄️ Air Conditioning & Energy: Please help us save energy 🌱 — keep doors/windows closed when the A/C is on, and turn off lights & A/C when you leave. 6. ⏰ Late Check-Outs: Unscheduled late check-outs affect cleaning teams, calendars, and future guests.
