To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines: 🧼 Towel Care Please avoid using makeup or harsh products on the white towels to prevent stains. A $15 fee may apply for permanently stained towels. 🏖️ Beach Chairs & Sand Feel free to enjoy the two beach chairs during your stay! Please shake off sand before entering the apartment to avoid additional cleaning. 👥 Guest Limit The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond the third may incur a $10 per night fee with prior approval. Unauthorized guests may result in reservation cancellation. ❄️ Energy Awareness Please keep doors and windows closed when using the A/C and turn off lights and A/C when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy 🌱 🚭 No Smoking Smoking inside the unit is not permitted and will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Outdoor areas may be used where allowed. ⏰ Late Check-Out Late check-outs without prior approval may disrupt incoming reservations and housekeeping schedules.
