**Important Info to Know:** 1. **Parking:** Reserved just for our guests! 🚗 2. **Internet:** We do provide internet, but since it can be spotty here in Puerto Rico, we recommend having a backup like a hotspot—especially if you're working from home. 📶 3. **Lost Key:** Misplacing a key will result in a $200 replacement fee. Please use the lockbox when you leave the property. 🔑 4. **Towel Care:** Help us keep the white towels in great shape! A $15 fee applies for each stained towel. 🧼 5. **Energy Conservation:** Please close doors when using the A/C, and don't forget to turn off the lights and close the windows when heading out. 🌍 6. **No Smoking:** Smoking of any kind (including vaporizers) is not allowed indoors. 🚭 If there's evidence of smoking, a $300 cleaning fee will apply. 7. **Late Check-Out:** Unscheduled late check-outs will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
