🅿️ **Parking:** We provide one permit for our gated parking on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. 👮 **Security:** Enjoy 24/7 on-site security for your safety and peace of mind. 3. 🚿 **Monthly Maintenance:** On the third Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, there's a temporary water interruption. 4. 🌐 **Internet:** While we offer internet access, consider a backup like a hotspot as it may vary. 5. 🔑 **Lost Key:** If you lose your keys, there's a $100 replacement fee. Please use the provided lockbox when leaving. 6. 🛁 **Towel Care:** Keep our white towels stain-free. A $15 fee applies for each stained towel. 7. 💡 **Energy Conservation:** Close the door when using A/C, turn off lights, and close windows when leaving. 8. ✈️ Given our proximity to the airport, it's possible that you may hear the sound of airplanes occasionally. 9. Please be aware: If there's a power or water outage due to a city issue, we'll refund the nights you didn't use. If you decide to wait it out, no discounts will be given.
