Please turn off air condition units when not in the room(s). 4. Keep light bulbs on when using them, otherwise please turn them off to save power and energy and help us keep rates competitive. 5. Keep house as clean as possible, doing dishes after usage and laundry of your personal items. 6. Please clean any spills, areas that get dirty, etc. 7. Keep communication flowing and let us know if something needs our attention. 8. Ed was an exceptional host, went over and beyond. He was in communication 100% of the time with any questions I had and very helpful. Read! The clear directions he supplies lol (I failed to do so) however Ed was still helpful. It was nice to be greeted with 2 cold waters in the fridge (I graciously replaced the 2, thank you) I would stay again. This trip I stayed with my child, there were beach toys, plenty of towels, sunscreen and beach chairs. In additional there was soap and shampoo supplied. The view was spectacular. I look forward to staying here again! Gracias ED

We had an amazing stay here at this Airbnb location, the host was very responsive throughout the entire trip whenever we had questions and concerns along with great great detail prior to arrival.
