Please turn off air condition units when not in the room(s). 4. Keep light bulbs on when using them, otherwise please turn them off to save power and energy and help us keep rates competitive. 5. Keep house as clean as possible, doing dishes after usage and laundry of your personal items. 6. Please clean any spills, areas that get dirty, etc. 7. Keep communication flowing and let us know if something needs our attention. 8. This AirBnb was just as described and it was perfect! The size of the apartment was great for my friend and I. Location is great- beach is very close as well as restaurants and nightlife at a walkable distance. Lastly the host was very friendly and made our stay wonderful. Definitely recommend!!

Everything was perfect during our stay. Edward and his team was very responsive to any issues we had with wifi, check in, etc. Only thing that could possibly be improved was the sliding doors to the porch and the closets were difficult to open. No one’s fault for that though haha

Public transportation is not the most convenient option.
