Please respect our space: makeup stains on towels will incur a $15 fee per towel 🚫💄. Shake off sand before returning from the beach to keep the space clean 🏖️. Lost keys 🔑 will require a $100 replacement fee. We ask that you keep the door closed when using the air conditioning ❄️. Amazing place to stay if you want to be in the heart of condado! Great hosts that are very responsive and welcoming. This was the perfect spot for me to move around my events in condado. Super easily accessible, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you wanna be at the center of it all!

Booked Last minute and didn't even realize how lucky we got untill we arrived. Easy to check in. Parking is amazing and literally right next to everything you could possibly want. Only regret was staying one day only. Definitely a hidden gem.
