No Makeup or Stains on White Towels 🧴🚫 – Please help us keep the towels spotless! A $15 fee will be charged for any stained towels. 2. Shake Off the Sand Before Coming In 🏖️✨ – To keep our space tidy, please remove excess sand before entering the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if there’s too much sand inside. 3. Keep Your Keys Safe 🔑🛠️ – Lost keys come with a $100 replacement fee. Make sure to secure them in the lockbox when you leave. 4. Extra Guests Fee 👥💵 – Our space accommodates up to 3 people. If you have more than 2 guests, there’s a $10/night fee for the extra person, which must be pre-approved. Violating this rule may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund. 5. Keep Cool Efficiently ❄️🚪 – Please close the door when the A/C is on, and remember to turn off the lights, A/C, and close windows before heading out. It helps us keep costs down for everyone! 🌿 6. Late Check-Out Fees ⏰🏡 – Unscheduled late check-outs can disrupt schedules for future guests. If you need extra time, please arrange it in advance. Otherwise, staying past your checkout time will incur an extra night’s fee based on the current rate.
