To help us maintain the quality and comfort of our home, we kindly ask that you take care of the apartment and everything provided during your stay. Please keep the following in mind: 1. White Towels: Please do not use white towels to remove makeup or anything that may cause permanent stains. A $15 replacement fee per stained towel may apply. 2. Beach Sand: Please remove excess sand before entering the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive sand is left inside. 3. A/C & Energy Use: When using the A/C, please keep bedroom doors and windows closed. Before leaving the apartment, please turn off the lights and A/C. 4. Nearby Bar: 🎶 As mentioned in our listing, there is a lively restaurant/bar next door that may have music Tuesday through Saturday. White noise machines and earplugs are provided for your comfort. 5. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Need a little extra time? Just ask! 😊 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. 6. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. 7. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. 8.
