Penalties will be applied in case of finding an excess of sand in the house. 3. To keep our costs low we need our guests to keep the room door closed once the air conditioning is on. We also encourage you to close the windows, turn off the lights and A/C before leaving the apartment. 4. Very nice airbnb! Very clean, exactly like the pictures, has a washer and dryer, 10/10! Would stay again! Bar next door had very nice people too! Walkable distance to food and has a walgreens right down the block!

This was a great place to stay and would consider it again. We had worries about not having enough space considering we were a group of seven but it never became an issue for us. All the amenities were so easy to use and they had a lot there to help us out. The bar next door was also not a bother to us at all in fact we went there and they were really nice.

Kevin thinks of everything for you when you come. We forgot beach towels and a bag to carry them in. Boom there. We had great snacks for hungry travelers. It’s a wonderful place. My family loved the experience. When we go again, this will be my place.
