This beautiful beachfront condo is all yours to enjoy! 🌊 We simply ask that you help us take care of it by following these simple guidelines so everyone has a wonderful stay. 🚭 No smoking and no parties/events. 🚫 No illegal substances. ❄️ Please turn off A/C units when leaving the room or the property to help conserve energy. 💡 Please turn off lights when not in use — this helps us keep energy costs down and maintain competitive rates for our guests. 🧼 Please keep the home tidy during your stay — wash dishes after use and handle your personal laundry as needed. 🧽 If spills happen (we know life happens 😊), please clean them up promptly. 📲 Communication is key! Let us know right away if something needs attention — we’re always happy to help. 🗑 Before checkout, please wash any used dishes and dispose of trash properly. 🔑 At checkout: Please return the key fob and make sure the door is securely closed behind you. 👥 Registered Guests Only (Very Important) Due to 24/7 building security and HOA rules, only registered guests are allowed inside the property. All guest names must be provided before arrival so they can be registered with security. 🚫 Unregistered visitors will not be allowed entry by security — no exceptions. Edwards home is one of the best places I have stayed!!! It was peaceful and provided everything me and my family needed for a wonderful vacation. Edward is a wonderful host and available to help with whatever you need. I highly recommend this home and would rent it again in a heartbeat!!! Loved our stay there!! And don’t worry about the location, Loiza is rich in the Puerto Rican culture and the people were very warm and inviting!!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated that the property is in a gated area, which made us feel safe during our stay. The beach is right there, which made it very convenient and enjoyable. Edward was a great host—very nice and always available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was great the place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The private beach access was also a big highlight. It was peaceful, not crowded, and so nice to have such easy access to the beach. I traveled with kids and it was a great place for families. We all felt safe, relaxed, and had such a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!🌴☀️🏖️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
