A $10 fee per night applies for each additional guest beyond the third, with prior approval. Violating this rule may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 👥 5. **Energy Saving:** To help us keep costs low, please ensure the doors are closed when using the A/C, and remember to turn off the lights, close the windows, and shut off the A/C before leaving the apartment. 🌍💡 6. **No Smoking:** Smoking inside the unit will incur a $300 penalty.
