Located in the heart of Condado, this apartment is minutes away from historic, cultural, and culinary scenes with access to a pool, multiple beaches, parks, and a beautiful lagoon view. The Space The apartment has everything you will need. -Queen Size Bed -Living space with a Smart TV -Fully equipped kitchen -Fully Stocked Bathroom (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Was, Hand Soap, Blow Dyer, Bath Towels and Beach Towels) The Apartment is Private and has access to the pool/common area.

You would be booking this stay for the amazing garden, pool, lagoon views, location and amenities. The apartment is in front some of the best hotels in Puerto Rico, such as Vanderbilt, La Concha, Hilton, and Marriott. We are not a luxury hotel, this apartment is for people that want to enjoy the location, amenities, and great value stay. We only provide bath towels, beach towels can be purchased at the Chinese convenient store at the lobby. Walking distance: 3 - 10 minutes : 3 different beaches, parks, and casino 10 - 20 minutes : T-Mobile District and Old San Juan This is a 1 bedroom with 2 twin size beds, sofa bed, dining table, and living room. Air conditioner is only in the bedroom. We added a low pressure water heater so even when there is low pressure, there will be hot water.

KEVIN fue muy atento y servicial. Teníamos toda la información que necesitábamos desde el principio, pero si teníamos alguna pregunta o necesitábamos ayuda, él respondía rápidamente. We had all the info we needed upfront, but if we had a question or needed help, he was quick to answer. The unit was exactly what we needed - affordable, nothing fancy but in an area w upscale hotels and restaurants, just a quick uber ride to Old San Juan, or walkable to local shops and restaurants. View of the lagoon and pool was beautiful. The pool was temperarily closed for refurbishment while there, but kevin was kind enough to compensate us. Would stay there again..it was secure w passcodes into bldg and unit, and the price was right!
