Also, kindly turn off the lights, A/C, and close the windows before leaving. If we find evidence of smoking (including odor), a $300 smoke remediation fee will apply. This includes lit or electronic cigars, cigarettes, pipes, vaporizers, joints, or any tobacco or marijuana products.
