Keep Your Keys Safe 🔑🛠️ – Lost keys come with a $100 replacement fee. Make sure to secure them in the lockbox when you leave. 4. Extra Guests Fee 👥💵 – Our space accommodates up to 3 people. If you have more than 2 guests, there’s a $10/night fee for the extra person, which must be pre-approved. Violating this rule may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund. 5.
