To maintain our high levels of service and quality, we strongly ask you to take care of everything we provide for you. We also hope you can respect the following rules: 1. NO MAKEUP or any stain on the white towels - $15.00 charge of each towel stained will be applied. 2. Your stay will include two beach chairs, You can take these chairs and explore Puerto Rico's beautiful beaches. Please remove the sand prior to accessing the apartment. Penalties will be applied in case of finding an excess of sand in the house. 3. Lost keys carry a replacement fee of $100.00. Please secure the keys in the lockbox when you leave the property. 4. Extra-person after the second person there is a pay a $10.00 fee per night previously coordinated and approved. The property has a maximum of 4 people. In case of violating this rule, we will be forced to cancel your reservation, no money will be refunded and you will have to abandon the property. 5. To keep our costs low we need our guests to keep the room door closed once the air conditioning is on. We also encourage you to close the windows, turn off the lights and A/C before leaving the apartment. 6. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: “Un-scheduled” late check-outs not only affect this property, but other properties, booking calendars, housekeeping schedules and futures guest reservations. In the event a guests stays beyond their original scheduled check-out time, they will be charged a rate of a one night stay based on the current nightly rate. We appreciate your understanding.
