NO MAKEUP or any stain on the white towels - $15.00 charge of each towel stained will be applied. 2. Please remove the sand prior to accessing the apartment. Penalties will be applied in case of finding an excess of sand in the house. 3. To keep our costs low we need our guests to keep the room door closed once the air conditioning is on. We also encourage you to close the windows, turn off the lights and A/C before leaving the apartment. 4.
