Important Information: 🔑 Lost Keys: A replacement fee of $100 will apply for lost keys. Please remember to return the keys to the lockbox when leaving. We truly appreciate your cooperation! 🚫 Towel Care: Kindly avoid using white towels for makeup or anything that may cause stains. A $15 charge will apply for each stained towel. Thank you for helping us keep them fresh and clean! ❄️ Energy Conservation: To help us keep costs down and preserve energy, please keep doors closed when using the A/C. Before heading out, make sure to turn off the lights, A/C, and close all windows. Your support helps us create a sustainable and comfortable stay for all guests. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. If we detect smoking (including odor), a $300 remediation fee will apply. This includes all forms of smoking—cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, joints, or any tobacco or marijuana products.
