This beautiful beachfront condo is all yours to enjoy! 🌊 We simply ask that you help us take care of it by following these simple guidelines so everyone has a wonderful stay. 🚭 No smoking and no parties/events. 🚫 No illegal substances. ❄️ Please turn off A/C units when leaving the room or the property to help conserve energy. 💡 Please turn off lights when not in use — this helps us keep energy costs down and maintain competitive rates for our guests. 🧼 Please keep the home tidy during your stay — wash dishes after use and handle your personal laundry as needed. 🧽 If spills happen (we know life happens 😊), please clean them up promptly. 📲 Communication is key! Let us know right away if something needs attention — we’re always happy to help. 🗑 Before checkout, please wash any used dishes and dispose of trash properly. 🔑 At checkout: Please return the key fob and make sure the door is securely closed behind you. 👥 Registered Guests Only (Very Important) Due to 24/7 building security and HOA rules, only registered guests are allowed inside the property. All guest names must be provided before arrival so they can be registered with security. 🚫 Unregistered visitors will not be allowed entry by security — no exceptions.
