No Makeup or Stains on White Towels 🧴🚫 – Please help us keep the towels spotless! A $15 fee will be charged for any stained towels. 2. Shake Off the Sand Before Coming In 🏖️✨ – To keep our space tidy, please remove excess sand before entering the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if there’s too much sand inside. 3. Keep Your Keys Safe 🔑🛠️ – Lost keys come with a $100 replacement fee. Make sure to secure them in the lockbox when you leave. 4. Extra Guests Fee 👥💵 – Our space accommodates up to 3 people. If you have more than 2 guests, there’s a $10/night fee for the extra person, which must be pre-approved. Violating this rule may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund. 5. Keep Cool Efficiently ❄️🚪 – Please close the door when the A/C is on, and remember to turn off the lights, A/C, and close windows before heading out. It helps us keep costs down for everyone! 🌿 6. Late Check-Out Fees ⏰🏡 – Unscheduled late check-outs can disrupt schedules for future guests. If you need extra time, please arrange it in advance.
