Budget-friendly and minimalist small studio

To maintain our high levels of service and quality, we strongly ask you to take care of everything we provide for you. We also hope you can respect the following rules: 1. To keep our costs low we need our guests to keep the room door closed once the air conditioning is on. We also encourage you to close the windows, turn off the lights and A/C before leaving the apartment. 2. NO MAKEUP or any stain on the white towels - $10.00 charge of each towel stained will be applied. 3. Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $300 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises. 4. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: “Un-scheduled” late check-outs not only affect this property, but other properties, booking calendars, housekeeping schedules and futures guest reservations. In the event a guests stays beyond their original scheduled check-out time, they will be charged a rate of a one night stay based on the current nightly rate. We appreciate your understanding.
