We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we kindly ask for your help in taking care of everything we provide and following these simple guidelines: No makeup or stains on the white towels 🧴❌ – A $15 fee per towel will apply if stained, so let’s keep them fresh! Remove sand before coming inside 🏖️ – To keep the space clean and cozy, please shake off the sand before entering. Excess sand may result in a penalty. Lost keys 🔑 – If the keys go missing, there's a $150 replacement fee. Please remember to leave them in the lockbox when you head out! Extra guests 👥 – After two people, there’s a $10 per night fee for each additional guest (up to 4 total). If this rule isn’t followed, we may have to cancel your reservation with no refund. Air conditioning ❄️ – Help us save energy by keeping the doors closed while the A/C is on. Also, please turn off lights, close windows, and switch off the A/C when you leave. Late check-out fees ⏰ – Unplanned late check-outs affect future guests and bookings, so if you stay beyond your scheduled time, there will be an extra night charge at the current rate.
