We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we kindly ask for your help in taking care of everything we provide and following these simple guidelines: No makeup or stains on the white towels 🧴❌ – A $15 fee per towel will apply if stained, so let’s keep them fresh! Remove sand before coming inside 🏖️ – To keep the space clean and cozy, please shake off the sand before entering. Excess sand may result in a penalty. Lost keys 🔑 – If the keys go missing, there's a $150 replacement fee. Please remember to leave them in the lockbox when you head out! Extra guests 👥 – After two people, there’s a $10 per night fee for each additional guest (up to 4 total). If this rule isn’t followed, we may have to cancel your reservation with no refund. Air conditioning ❄️ – Help us save energy by keeping the doors closed while the A/C is on. Also, please turn off lights, close windows, and switch off the A/C when you leave. Late check-out fees ⏰ – Unplanned late check-outs affect future guests and bookings, so if you stay beyond your scheduled time, there will be an extra night charge at the current rate. No illegal activities. No outside persons allowed. Only Airbnb guest are allowed in the premises. - This wonderful unit is all yours to enjoy, however we would appreciate your compliance with the following rules: 1. Do not smoke inside the house, specially in the sleeping rooms. 2. Do not use illegal substances. 3. Please turn off air condition units when not in the room(s). 4. Keep light bulbs on when using them, otherwise please turn them off to save power and energy and help us keep rates competitive. 5. Keep house as clean as possible, doing dishes after usage and laundry of your personal items. 6. Please clean any spills, areas that get dirty, etc. 7. Keep communication flowing and let us know if something needs our attention. 8. When you are ready to check out, please turn off all lights and close all windows and doors. Then, place key back in lock box or acording to instrutions of property manager. No noise no drug no inmoral behavior. For people renting per month we include up to $100 for electricity. Water up to $35, wifi up to $40. In excess it will request extra payment. Global warming affect the whole world, be concious no just for the unit but for our planet. Tenant agrees to waive any claim against owner and agent based upon a claim of negligence during the term of the lease.
