A $15 fee may apply for permanently stained towels. 🏖️ Beach Chairs & Sand Feel free to enjoy the two beach chairs during your stay! Please shake off sand before entering the apartment to avoid additional cleaning. 👥 Guest Limit The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond the third may incur a $10 per night fee with prior approval. Unauthorized guests may result in reservation cancellation. ❄️ Energy Awareness Please keep doors and windows closed when using the A/C and turn off lights and A/C when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy 🌱 🚭 No Smoking Smoking inside the unit is not permitted and will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
