To help us maintain the highest level of service and quality, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following house rules: 1. **Towel Care:** Please avoid using makeup on the white towels to prevent stains. A $15 charge will be applied for each towel that is stained. We provide 4 towels in each apartment, if more are needed let us know! 🧼 2. **Beach Chairs & Sand:** Beach chairs can be rented in the beach🏖️ Please shake off any sand before entering the apartment. Excess sand inside may result in additional cleaning fees. 🌊 3. **Lost Keys:** If keys are lost, a $100 replacement fee will apply. Please secure the keys in the lockbox when leaving. 🔑 4. **Extra Guests:** The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. A $10 fee per night applies for each additional guest beyond the third, with prior approval. Violating this rule may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 👥 5. **Energy Saving:** To help us keep costs low, please ensure the doors are closed when using the A/C, and remember to turn off the lights, close the windows, and shut off the A/C before leaving the apartment. 🌍💡 6. **No Smoking:** Smoking inside the unit will incur a $300 penalty. We kindly ask that you smoke in designated outdoor areas. Thank you for understanding! 🚭 7. **Late Check-Out Fees:** Unscheduled late check-outs affect future reservations and housekeeping. If you stay beyond your check-out time, a fee equal to one night’s stay at the current rate will be charged.
